[WCAG2ICT] Prep and agenda for the 30 November meeting

Hi all,

Apologies for the late agenda. I’ve been ill the last several days.

The WCAG2ICT Task Force will be meeting on Thursday, 30 November at 10:00 AM Eastern (Length: up to 1 hour).

  *   Refresh your memory on the survey results to update the Closed Functionality section<https://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/55145/WCAG2ICT-draft2-closed-functionality/results> starting with question 2

Meeting Goals
Approve content for 3.3.8 Accessible Authentication (Minimum) and updates to Closed Functionality section. Have a plan for addressing remaining content and open issues to ensure we meet our March publication date.
