[WCAG2ICT] Meeting prep and Agenda for the 2 February meeting

The WCAG2ICT Task Force will be meeting on Thursday, 2 February at 10:00 AM Eastern (Length: up to 1 hour).

Meeting Preparation

  *   SC 2.1.4 Character Key Shortcuts: Review the latest comments on Issue 76 starting with Gregg's<https://github.com/w3c/wcag2ict/issues/76#issuecomment-1405242834> and including Mary Jo's comment<https://github.com/w3c/wcag2ict/issues/76#issuecomment-1409486079> that contains a proposed note for the definition of keyboard shortcut. Would love to bring the discussions on 2.1.4 Character Key Shortcuts and 1.4.12 Text Spacing to a conclusion this week with an agreement to incorporate with any agreed upon notes. If you have suggestions for modifying the proposals in the comments, please add a comment to the issue (links below) or have it ready for the discussion on Thursday.
