[WCAG2ICT] So you can get started on some surveys for this week

I’ve reopened the closed functionality bullets survey. Please look at others’ responses and see if you would like to change your answer when taking into consideration others’ answers. I will try to consolidate specifically proposed edits into my response to see if we can more easily come to consensus on these things.
