[WCAG2ICT] Minutes for the 7 December meeting

We reached consensus on one aspect of 3.2.6 Consistent Help – that no bullet is needed in the SC Problematic for Closed Functionality.  Based on the survey results, we are close on the SC guidance with perhaps one additional note that Mitch is/has crafted.  We made progress on 2.5.8 Target Size (Minimum) and I will reopen the closed functionality survey to allow the group to work off of the comments of others to try to get closer to consensus using the survey input. We will be meeting again on 14 December (our last meeting of the year). Meetings will resume on 4 January 2024.
