One update… Janina also said she’d analyze the SC. Corrected that below. Apologies Janina.to discuss the needed work to update the related sections in the WCAG2ICT document. Here are the minutes from that meeting: https: //www. w3. org/2023/04/21-wcag2ict-minutes. html

Hi all,
The sub-group on Text, Command line, and Terminal applications met today, 21 April to discuss the needed work to update the related sections in the WCAG2ICT document. Here are the minutes from that meeting: https://www.w3.org/2023/04/21-wcag2ict-minutes.html
Summary:
* Discussed thoughts on terminal applications and the state of them today, as well as some known difficulties in their support of certain WCAG SC
* Discussed the scope of work (what’s in and out of scope). If our analysis of WCAG SC happens to reveal any gaps in requirements or guidance that is out-of-scope for WCAG2CIT, it will be notated outside of the WCAG2ICT document. Other groups (like the W3C APA working group, research questions TF, or WCAG Silver) could then take those things up to explore solving them.
* What needs updating:
* Overview description of Text, CLI, and terminal applications. Janina will work on proposing the update.
* Potentially add interpretation guidance per SC. Janina, Mitch and Jason will analyze the WCAG 2.2 Level A and AA SC.
* Timeline:
* Next meeting is in 2 weeks on 5 May
* SC analysis sent to Mary Jo by 3 May to collate into an Excel spreadsheet for our Friday discussion.
