Second of 3 surveys on my comparison of the December 2012 drafts of both M376 and WCAG2ICT

Hi gang,

I have just published the second of the promised 3 surveys, seeking to 
get the sense of the TF on what we believe should be done to harmonize 
those places where the current publicly available drafts of both 
WCAG2ICT and M376 aren't currently harmonized.  This is based on my 
analysis "Comparison to M376".

The second of those three surveys is now ready, and covers the 
Comparison for software table.

I hope this is something we can discuss at our next meeting, on Tuesday 
January 29th (though we may not have time to get through the first 
survey, in order to then look at this second one...).
