RE: Agenda for tomorrow; doc for 1.2.3/1.2.5

Oh, sorry about the confusion on the final line of the agenda, Detlev!
That was just recently added, and I can’t entirely remember what the intention was. I’ll double check with Bruce and report back.

Mike

Hi Gang,
If you have time before tomorrow’s call, please review this document about some possible paths forward for Audio Descriptions. https://docs.google.com/document/d/1ca8XC8UtV_HeDtknWFNr9QY2e68VL7kA5zGaBEY8zKg/edit?usp=sharing<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1ca8XC8UtV_HeDtknWFNr9QY2e68VL7kA5zGaBEY8zKg/edit?usp=sharing >

In the light of a clear majority in the survey not agreeing with what is assumed to be the orignial intent, I favour scenario 3.
I checked the first page of "project items closed" then noticed there are seven pages more... ant which point I gave up (nit enough time).

  1. Announcements
     * Poll TF members if need to reserve time on call (for items not in ‘For Discussion‘ or at top of ‘Drafted’)
  2.
Quick intro to 1.2.3/1.2.5 tactics (15 min)
  3.
Review ‘For discussion’ items.
     *   Generally, top to bottom
  4. Review ‘Drafted’ items (30 min), either:
     * Move back to In progress, with more work to do; or
     * Move to Ready for approval, if there is general agreement the issue is sufficiently resolved; or
     * Leave in Drafted, if only minor tweaks exist and are being undertaken, or discussion was not concluded satisfactorily.
  5. ‘In progress’ items flagged at top of call.
  6. Review issues closed<https://github.com/w3c/wcag/issues?q=is%3Aissue+is%3Aclosed+sort%3Aupdated-desc+no%3Aproject > and project items closed<https://github.com/w3c/wcag/issues?q=is%3Aissue+is%3Aclosed+sort%3Aupdated-desc+project%3Aw3c%2F56+ >.
  7. Time permitting, review ‘To do’, and other items of interest to participants, including open discussions.
