Agenda for backlog call, Friday 8/15

Mike is on leave, so I will be chairing the call.  I would like to start with a time-boxed conversation around the inline exception for Target Size.  I don’t expect to get to a resolution on an update for Understanding, but did want to see if we all agree on some examples.  Please see:
