Proposals on behalf of Team C

Hi - I tried to bang through the last few issues on Team C's plate. 
Since I already had cancelled our meetings, I put them on a survey, 
along with some other issues that had slipped through the cracks. Please 
take a look at the survey and respond immediately if you have any 
concerns on behalf of Team C. I would like to announce this survey to 
the group later on Tuesday.
