Ending Team C calls April 2007

Since the WCAG Working Group is close to finished with processing of 
Last Call comments, we will call an end to work done in the Team C 
subgroup. The last few issues are being handled mainly be the editors, 
though WG members are welcome to make contributions - see the Last Call 
issues database to see what issues still need work. We may reconstitute 
the Teams at a future stage in the work, but for now you can clear the 
slot off your calendar.
