Hi Tim , on the questionnaire you asked

After the techniques are prepared, what happens to them? Will they go back
to the teams for approval? Is there any implicit endorsement of the output
of this Task Force by the WG? Does the Task Force have any specifial
"enforcement" power? The reason I'm asking is that I'm worried that the work
may actually be done twice, once in the Task Force, and once after the task
force, in deliberating on the Task Force's output. What about the
"difficult" issues?

GV: This is just a drafting task force. Like all task forces - the output
has no authority. Its output goes to the working group where all output is
subject to review and revision before approval. In fact it will go first
to the teams - and from there to the Working Group.

But the purpose of this is to make the teams' work go faster. And the
working group only needs to review it and approve it (if it is done right)
when it comes out of the teams. Hopefully we will also only have to review
it one week (rather than two like we do now).

Wish us luck.

Gregg
