Getting started on Team B tasks

Hello, newly reconstituted Team B. We are still working on getting our
organizational act together, but we need to get started.

Unfortuneately, I'm traveling this week, so I won't be able to do much more
than kick this off.
 
Of the 40 public comments received and recorded in the spreadsheet, the
following fall into our camp:

6, 19, 20, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 37, 38, 39
 
Please sign up for at least two items and take a crack at proposing a
response to them in preparation for our meeting on Thursday. Please post
your suggestions to the Team B list.
