http://www.sf.id.au/WE05/indexa.html This is a presentation by Stephen Faulkner, developer of the Accessibility Toolbar published by the Australian National Information Library Service (Sofia Selic's organization). Among other things it provides JavaScript code that will apparently get the contents of the title attribute; it also provides a server-side XSLT that does the same thing. The JavaScript one would work only if JavaScript is in the baseline, of course; the server-side script would apparently work in any baseline. We may want to consider adding these at some point, if we can verify that they work. They would support the techniques about link plus conditional content for 2.4.5 and 2.4.9.
