While I was looking for scripting posts that I made to the list, I found a post for a failure technique for 1.3.1[1] and submitted it to the Wiki [2]. Failure due to using CSS to create variations in presentation of text that conveys information without also using structure. I think a simpler title might be appropriate, is, "Using mechanisms to visually mark the structure of a document rather than using the structure of the language", any better?
