Hi Becky, The technique looks great and well researched. I'm not a script kiddie so I'm not the best person to assess the examples though. Just a couple of remarks: * In the description, I would want to include a sentence about how adding things to the DOM helps accessibility, for example: "If the DOM functions are used to add the content, user agents can access the DOM to retrieve the content. * The using document.write and InnerHTML remarks sound like failures to me. I would like it if these were addressed in separate failures for 1.3.1 instead of just being mentioned in a positive technique.
