Hello everyone, I added the HTML technique for 1.3.1. "Using semantic elements to mark up structure" to the WIKI. <http://trace.wisc.edu/wcag_wiki/index.php?title=Using_semantic_elements_to_ mark_up_structure> This is an edit of the technique I sent to the list earlier which incorporates the edits we discussed on last Tuesday's call. I have changed the second example to be about blockquotes instead of the LINK element. I could not find any general information on using semantic elements in the HTML 4 specification so I linked to the entire specification instead. I also added a test procedure. I'm not too happy with that because it seems rather vague to me but I did not see a way to become more concrete. Could you please look at this and see if you can come up with a better test procedure?
