Action: Yvette to create  HTML failure: Failure due to using the <pre>
element to mark up tabular information 
Reviewed "Using table markup to present tabular information"; John will
contact survey commenters
Action: Loretta to remove (but not in layout tables) from titles
Reviewed: Using the scope attribute to associate header cells and data
cells in data tables (but not in layout tables) John will contact survey
commenters
Reviewed: Using caption elements to identify data tables; John will
contact survey commenters
Reviewed: Using id and headers attributes to associate data cells with
header cells in data tables; John will contact survey commenters
Action: John to check HTML spec whether id is required for all cells if
present for any; if not, add User Agent note about JAWS and HPR
Reviewed: Using the table element's summary attribute to give an
overview of data tables (needs survey)
   Loretta: Change title "Using the summary attribute of the table
element to give an overview of data tables" 
Reviewed: Using semantic elements to mark up 
  Action: Yvette - work on this technique and check HTML spec for info
on semantic elements (due date: Friday)
Action: Loretta - Change "form fields" to "form controls" in "Using
label elements to associate text labels with form fields"

2.4.5: Action: all to send Loretta examples for "Describing the delivery
unit in text immediately preceding the programmatic reference" even if
you think they are problematic. 
   Action: John to look at area element technique, which shows up in
both lists
2.4.1: subcommittee met on Friday, agreed to delete: (needs survey)
2.4.7 - Yvette created a new failure "Failure due to using tabindex to
create a tab order that does not follow relationships and structures in
the content"
   Action: Loretta to replace structure by sequences in the title
   Action item: Becky - scripting technique for adding interactive items
dynamically into the tab order
   Action: Yvette to add positive tab index technique for table

Action: Bengt - 3.1.3 proposals by Friday
