1. Items to survey this week:
	a. Review Failure due to using tabindex to skip link groups (not
yet complete; Becky is working on it)
	b. Propose deleting Failure due to not updating site index
because it's no worse for people with disabilities than for everyone
else and it requires testing a process rather than the content.


2. Review lists of uncomplete techniques 
	Sufficient techniques listed at

Advisory techniques listed at

a. Should Team B recommend deleting any of these techniques (esp.
advisory techniques)?
b. Assign remaining techniques to specific group members, with 
deadlines. Sufficient techniques have priority.
