Based on discussions at the September 29, 2005 Working group meeting. I have updated my proposed combined HTML technique for acronyms and abbreviations. I modified the User Agent section to specify that IE does not provide any visual rendering of <abbr> elements rather than saying it does not support the <abbr> element. I added a few sentences to talk about using the meaning of the abbreviation rather than the actual translation and provided an additional code example. Is this ready for the larger group?
