RE: new technique for 2.1.1

If we want to make this clearer to novice readers... I wonder if we should
somehow make it clear that you don't HAVE to use form controls.  That Links
alone is good enough. 

Maybe 

Using HTML links (with modification with scripts)
Using HTML links and form controls (Without modification with scripts). 


The goal is to make it so that you can tell that you are using the technique
without having to go read the description.   That is - we should use
descriptive titles.   AND be sure we always have the "if you are a beginner
you can just do this" technique right at the top.
