The wiki is a great idea, as it makes it a lot easier to keep track of
changes, and see all comments in perspective.

Would it be worth having each of the guide docs as a wiki entry, also
linked from this page? If it is, would you mind creating a new page
for each of us, as I couldn't work out how to do that?

Thank you for setting up the wiki, I think it's going to make it a lot
easier to follow progress.
