Comments to WCAG-EM Editor's Draft 29 November 2013

Dear WCAG-EM editors, Eval-TF,

[Dear Shadi and Eric, please dismiss my previous message, it had the wrong
file attached. Anyway, it has not been distributed to the mailing list]

Attached you may find my comments to the latest Editor's Draft of WCAG-EM
Apart from attaching them to this message, I am linking to them from the
survey answers, as I could not make them fit on the margin... er, I mean,
I was not able to directly write them within the form fields.

The large majority of the comments are not intended to affect the approval
of the Editor's Draft for publication, so please do not feel disheartened
by the length of the comments. I am just providing many of them so as to
be directly considered as comments to the next public Working Draft.

I will list those comments to be preferrably treated before publication of
the Working Draft in the survey answers.
