The following answers have been successfully submitted to 'Approval for

 * (x) accept this section as draft with the following suggestions

I am wondering if the white-box, black-box, grey-box testing mention is
relevant.

Second sentence is long and weird: "This methodology, the Website
Accessibility Conformance Evaluation Methodology (WCAG-EM) 1.0, describes
the steps that are common to website conformance evaluation processes and
highlights considerations that evaluators to apply these steps in the
context of a particular website." I would change for the following: "The
Website Accessibility Conformance Evaluation Methodology (WCAG-EM) 1.0
describes the steps that are common to website conformance evaluation
processes. It highlights considerations that evaluators need to take into
account to apply these steps in the context of a particular website."

Remove the "to" in the third sentence: "Following this methodology will
help evaluators apply good practice, avoid commonly made mistakes, and
achieve more comparable results."
