Re: Call for consensus: Remove "Under development" from ACT pages

Hey folks,
Quick update on this. Since there's a publication opportunity coming up
this Thursday, and we've only had positive responses I'm going to assume
nobody minds this PR getting merged tomorrow. Effectively, I'm closing the
CFC a day early. I got confirmation from each implementor, so I think we're
good, but if anyone needs that extra day please let me know.
