Hello everyone! The ACT TF meeting for Monday 18 September is cancelled. Wilco and Shadi are traveling and there is no new content to review at this time. However, there is still work to do so in lieu of a meeting I have an assignment for the group and we'll discuss your findings in the next call on 25 September: If your organization develops test rules, look into how easily the rules you have can be implemented/mapped into the ACT Rules Format we've got in our spec ( https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=https-3A__www.w3.org_TR_act-2Drules-2Dformat_&d=DwICaQ&c=jf_iaSHvJObTbx-siA1ZOg&r=O4GqIExuqcdLwnUGEjvgSq08AYAj0SMVYacBFPfUo5Y&m=GtZjKZ8g3oPr0kybjbfOjwQJ5T7l4ydayGvF7EXBdi0&s=cM390yf7fmmBF8TAS4cZPCSd5-pELS8eLpHDIkfk95I&e= ). We're thinking it might be best to test the Rules Format and learn by doing to understand better what details should be documented in the ACT Review Process( https://www.w3.org/WAI/GL/task-forces/conformance-testing/wiki/ACT_Review_Process ) Or if you don't have your own rules to look at, look at rules that are in the wcag-act repository and see how well they are utilizing the ACT Rules Format spec. Another important topic: TPAC 2017 I wanted to send out a reminder for those of you who are attending, or considering attending the ACT TF Face-to-Face meeting at TPAC in San Francisco, CA USA. If you are planning to attend the meeting but have not yet registered or made flight and lodging arrangements, I want to press on you the importance of doing so quickly. *TPAC Registration* Registration is currently $117/day for attending (includes food, wifi, meeting space, etc.) This will increase to $175/day after October 6th. TPAC Registration information [1].
