No meeting this week

Hi everyone,

We are currently still waiting for a few people to join WCAG, so they can
be assigned to ACT TF. Because of that we feel our time this week is better
spent getting our preparations for TPAC done instead.

I'll be sending out an initial proposal for ACT Framework Requirements
later this week. We're also moving some of the work that was done for ACT
TF from the Auto-WCAG wiki to the ACT TF Wiki. More on that later this week
as well.
