Accreditation Methods Discussion

Greetings all

I am attaching a summary of the discussion we held recently on
Accreditation. I have transcribed the recording and then tried to summarise
it and put it into more of a note format which I've then shown to Simon and
he has agreed that it should be given to the group now for comments.

Please read it and then submit your comments to me.  I'll then make the
required changes and we can decide what happens to it after that.
