Hi all, As promised I worked on Shawn's comments and now have a newer version online. However, due to the comments about "modelling" that has to change to "modeling' and the UM4A in the titles I re-created the pages so that urls and titles are also following the corrections. So the new email page can be found on http://www.w3.org/WAI/RD/wiki/CfP_Email:_User_Modeling_for_Accessibility_(UM4A) and the new CfP can be found on http://www.w3.org/WAI/RD/wiki/Call_for_Papers:_User_Modeling_for_Accessibility_Online_Symposium_15_July_2013#Call_for_Papers:_User_Modeling_for_AccessibilityOnline_Symposium_15_July_2013 I have included my answers/actions to Shawn's comments in her email below. At this point the main things missing I can spot out are the follwoing: 1. Yehya, do you think we can promise three three reviews per paper or should we lower it down to two? (change the text accordingly) 2. Yehya, could you include a section for scientific committee? 3. I changed the dates based on our discussion today. If you think they are ok... then we can delete those "(Tentative)" marks we have there. 4. Do we have a system for handling submissions and reviews like the OpenConf system we used for some symposiums? It would be good to provide a link in the CfP in that case. 5. As Shawn pointed out we need to link to a template for the papers to be submitted. As I see this is not a wiki page. Do you want me to create a template based on the text cutsomization template and send it to you as an HTML file or should I make a wiki page for that too? Looking forward to your comments.
