Re: User modeling for accessibility symposium

Hi Yeliz,

The average time per answer is going to be about 2 minutes. Some questions
might be answered in seconds and others might take longer. We haven't
though of reducing the time per answer but I think the nature of the
questions will be so that will not encourage lengthy answers... we are
trying to be as specific as possible in our questions in order to achieve
that. If we see things getting out of hand we are going to remind the
authors of the time restrictions. Do you have any suggestions?

As for the break, we might be able to have a short break of about 2-3
minutes between sessions.

We know 150 minutes is quite lengthy and that is why we kept the most
important sessions with the structured discussion in the beggining. So, the
main most important part is going to be the first 2 sessions (120 minutes).
If people feel bored or not interested, they might leave during the last 30
mminutes, but we bet on the very "juicy" and interesting discussion to keep
them alert.
