Re: Updated research note on web accessibility metrics

Excellent work o great editors!

Attached a version with mostly minor (and rather pedantic) editorial 
suggestions. Take or leave at your pleasure...

Two main issues though:

#1. Needed before publication: an Abstract and also a sentence or two 
about what you would want reviewers of the draft to focus on;

#2. After this first publication: I think the taxonomy for "validity", 
"reliability", etc is rather confusing and needs further work.
