Survey proposal

Dear all,

Attached is a proposal for a survey to test the application of WCAG-EM and find possible problems and their possible source. If you need another format, let me know.

We will discuss this document in our telco on thursday.

Hope attachments work in the W3C mailing list. Otherwise, send me an email and I will send you the document seperately. The survey will be set in Qualtrics, a tool I use at the University of Twente and that supports lots of good statistical possibilities.

I am looking for a volunteer to test the accessibility of the survey tool (Qualtrics). If you want to help there, let me know and I can send you a link to the online survey as it is now.
