evaltf-ISSUE-8 (Numbering): Numbering of sections and steps [WCAG-EM - Website Accessibility Conformance Evaluation Methodology 1.0] http://www.w3.org/WAI/ER/2011/eval/track/issues/8 Raised by: Shadi Abou-Zahra On product: WCAG-EM - Website Accessibility Conformance Evaluation Methodology 1.0 Our number uses a combination of numbers and letters, like "3.5.2 Step 5.b". This is to give the steps of the evaluation procedure in section 3 shorter handles. However, several people feel that this is confusing and unclear which to refer to. Especially the dissonance between the letters and corresponding numeral (like "b" for ".2") seems quite confusing.
