Face-to-Face meeting in Lyon

Dear Group,

Thank you for everyone who completed the survey on holding an Eval TF
face-to-face meeting on 29-30 October 2012 in Lyon, France.

The results of the survey are available to group participants:

We have 13 group participants who could likely attend this meeting and
13 others who are unlikely to attend. This means that we cannot hold a
full meeting with the majority of group participants, but we can still
hold a group meeting. This means that work and decisions made at this
meeting be brought back to the full group for review and approval.

During today's teleconference meeting we discussed that it would still
be beneficial to have such a sub-group meeting. With ~13 attendees in
the same room for two days, we can make quite some headway on shaping up
the document. We will also try to setup teleconferencing access if there
is sufficient interest from the participants who are unable to attend
physically. There were no disagreements with this suggestion.

Please let Eric and myself know straight away if you have questions or
comments on holding this face-to-face meeting, otherwise it is a go.

We hope that many of you will attend this meeting!

Best,
   Shadi
