Hi I Think that step 1.e must go to the reporting section and still be optional because : - WCAG techniques isn't techniques used for the audit but technique used by the developer, what you could use for audit is the "test procedure" of each techniques not the technique itself - In France and in some other country we already have WCAG 2.0 methodology who define test procedure for checking WCAG 2.0. So we don't use WCAG Technique directly - If you do a full audit you have to do every test procedures of the techniques regarding the technologies you use anyway So in my option step 1.e still need to be optional and need to be something like : Requirement 5.x: for each issue give the wcag techniques reference Furthermore, Step 4.b: Use WCAG 2.0 Techniques Where Possible must be changed to something like : " Step 4.b: check conformance to WCAG 2.0 Techniques Where Possible" Regards, Aurélien
