RE: [important] closed and open comments with actions

Hi all

I've reviewed the first and second points here and don't have any problem with the proposed resolutions.  Sorry I didn't get this into the survey - I've been buried under mountains of research.  I have however gone through all of the comments carefully and support the resolutions.  I've also gone through the WCAG WG's comments and commented on that in an earlier email.
