Re: [more] naming for "Methodology"

While a good acronym does not make a document better, I agree that it 
helps a lot for uptake and promotion. We could try to use the acronym 
(or abbreviation, depending on your definition) "SITE" for the title:
  - Methodology for Evaluating Website Accessibility Conformance
