Hi,
This is a comment about 
http://www.w3.org/TR/2006/WD-HTTP-in-RDF-20061220/

In 1.1 Namespaces, The WG defines a namespace for RFC 822, it seems that there was an [attempt by Graham Klyne][1] in the past at IETF to create a URN namespace. It might be good to coordinate and/or have his comments about his work.
