This brings me to a thought about WebContent, is it possible to use rdf:about rather than defining a uri:uri for this purpose? Here is an example of what I'm thinking of:

<earl:WebContent rdf:about="http://www.exmaple.org/some/thing">
  <!--// optional HTTP stuff to describe the resource //-->
</earl:WebContent>

<earl:Assertion rdf:ID="xyz">
  <earl:subject rdf:resource="http://www.exmaple.org/some/thing"/>
  <!--// the other assertion properties //-->
</earl:Assertion>

Regards,
  Shadi
