   <dc:description rdf:parseType="Literal" xml:lang="en">A web-based system  
that performs some automated WCAG 1.0 testing, then guides a user through  
tests which need to be done or confirmed manually. Hera is multilingual  
(you can change on the fly), and a translation interface is available to  
easily add new languages.

Hera development is ongoing, and is mostly in spanish. The system is  
written in PHP and is available for adaptation under the GPL open-source
