Example EARL report

Hi folks,

I have attached an example EARL report from Hera.

It uses some DC and FOAF stuff, and has a couple of simple extensions (a  
result class "partial" which is a subclass of "earl:fail", and the "using"  
property.

There are several different assertors - for automatic things the assertor  
is Hera itself, for manual it is the operator (in this case me) "using"  
hera, and for validation it is the W3C validators.
