As I mentioned during today's conference call, the requirements don't mention any upload functionality or other functionality to contribute test samples. (Back in 2007, Vangelis even developed a prototype for this.) If we don't want to give upload functionality a high priority, I think it is still worth making a note of it in the requirements document.
