Test Case Management Systems

Hi,

Please find an interesting list of open source test case management 
systems. They seem to be geared to help execute tests but some have 
defect management or interface with Bugzilla too.

Would be happy to hear feedback and comments, maybe someone already has 
experience with the one or the other?
