distribution of test samples that need updating

Hi,

In addition to a distribrution of test samples for review (i.e. the 
test samples that are already mapped to the current working draft), I 
have created a list of test samples that need to be updated to the 
current working draft. I have also divided this list into batches of 
five that can be assigned to volunteers ("update 01" etc, which the 
assignee can replace with their name); you can see the distribution 
in the TestSamplesStatusList at 
<http://www.w3.org/2006/tsdtf/TestSampleStatusList>.

However, after today's discussion about persistence of URLs and IDs, 
I think it is better to hold off from updating until we have 
revisited the naming convention with a more complete group. (Updating 
the test samples now would create more URLs and IDs that may go out 
of date when success criteria in WCAG are renamed or renumbered.)
