Thanks Shawn for sharing the list of tools that I have started. I have prepared it for my students in web accessibility courses but can be useful for any developer. The main difference with w3c list is that I have cosidered also software assistive technologies (for example screen readers) as evaluation tools, because I recommend my students to use it to check the web pages as a person that uses these technologies.
