Hi Steven, This list of evaluation tools does not only cover freely available ones (or non-restricted ones for that matter). IMHO, the (rough) terms of usage for this tool should be reflected through the license field. In the next phase of the TF, we will be research and adding tools that are not yet listed in the database. However, if you feel you have extra bandwidth to research about other lynx simulators then feel free to create an additional entry.
