In response to some feedback, and in order to get feedback, I made the
following changes:
- added to links in navigation areas underline on hover and focus
- added to links in related pages the end node as the list bullet
- added some leading space in the heirarchical navigation

I won't take the time to fix the "bugs" that Andrew pointed out (and
some others I know of) in this prototype, just because of timing issues.
