In the scenario below, we have used the word "international" four times. Usually, you don't want to repeat the same word that many times. However, it is important. At the same time, I think we can trim it some. I don't think we would need to focus on the international collaboration aspect of resources bullet point necessarily. I might suggest that we instead summarize some critical items of the types of resources maybe. The Business Case and such could be summarized as resources for a certain type of people. We have resources for trainers and web developers, etc. or we could take another approach on summarizing what type of resources as an alternative to international collaboration. We could instead just delete that bullet altogether since it is covered in the paragraph and "support materials" in the previous bullet could be changed to "support materials and resources". That would take care of the issue equally well.
