Lexicon: progress at Tech Plenary

Dear Lexicon takst force members,

Many of us are together in Boston at the Technical Plenary. Together with the rest of the EOWG we worked on the list with nominated entries for the Lexicon. Because of meeting deadlines we brought the list of 59 nominated entries back to 25 entries to deal with for the first release of the Lexicon. Today (3 March) we will work on the Lexicon entry descriptions with the Lexicon task force members. 
Attached you will find the next version (19) of our Excel work document. The worksheet 'Descriptions' contains in the first 50 rows the entries and already some descriptions of the entries. The 'ATAG' entry descriptions are done and marked with a double number sign.
