Accessibility evaluation for "after" template page

Hi Shadi, hi all.
Here are my findings about accessibility evaluation for "after"  
template page.

The page is close to meeting WCAG 1.0 Level Double A.

Recommended priorities (taken from "Results of Review") for  
addressing inaccessible features of site: content images not only in  
CSS background, provide metadata to add semantic information, provide  
information about the general layout of a site (for example, a site  
map or table of contents), clearly identify the target of each link  
(in "Elsewhere on the Web").
