Re: changes on bad form

Great work, thanks.

The problem is that you had one or two <td> or <th> that were supposed to be </td> or </th>. I've fixed these, please find attached html file (only contains the table without the other content you have!).

Comment: consider using <strong> for the sub-questions, we can then use <h3> and <h3> properly in the accessible version. Also consider bad <fieldset> and <legend> elements as discussed.
